Why an architect?
Have you thought about how the light will filter through your windows? Did you consider the view? In what way will your kitchen interact with your entertainment space? Will the stairs become a showcase- light, almost floating or sturdy and assertive?
Buildings can act and affect, and all those intangible matters are inherently considered when designing a space specifically for you. It is the fluidity of space, the poetry of the first rays of sun on the floor, the sense of peace or warm interaction of your living room. It is how you experience it, inside and out, that the architect examines and refines- shaping your building into a source of daily joy. Because your home, after all, is your emotional sanctuary and a reflection of your identity.
